MagneMover Shuttle

MagneMover Shuttle

The MagneMover Shuttle combines the company's QuickStick® LSM product line with standard, aluminum track and vehicle components to form a flexible, turnkey product transport solution. The new system features a high-speed transfer shuttle that allows for a range of system layout alternatives and tightly spaced return paths that save valuable floor space. The MagneMover Shuttle moves carriers at speeds many times faster than competitive material transport systems and quickly and accurately positions loads to facilitate on-carrier work processes and higher throughput. The carriers can be stopped quickly and accurately anywhere along the transport track and any stop location can be changed in a few computer key strokes, without any mechanical parts or adjustments.

MagneMover DB 1.0Optimized Propulsion and Control for Factory Automation and Material Handling Using Double-Bogie Vehicles and One Meter Radius Turns:

MagneMotion's MagneMover DB series is a simple and flexible track solution designed to compliment MagneMotion's QuickStick LSM System. The track system pairs the functionality of QuickStick LSM Systems with the electro-magnetic switching and tight radius turn capabilities of the MagneMover DB track and double-bogie vehicles. Payloads can quickly navigate curve and switch points without depending on third party systems for mechanical actuation. Configured to fit any upright or overhead manufacturing floor-plan, the MagneMover DB modular track solution handles payloads in the 50-500kg range.

The MagneMover DB 1.0 Series track system is designed for assembly and manufacturing process applications that require accurate, high volume handling of materials and work in process. This latest MagneMover design uses small, fast moving vehicles and electro-magnetic switching to provide a highly flexible material transport platform for smaller loads. This system utilizes 1.2 meter vehicles that can transport medium sized loads, as in airport baggage handling applications. Vehicle move profiles can be recofigured to serve multiple material handling applications.
