The QuickStick LSM is a meter-long linear motor module with embedded position sensors and control software. Placed between the rails of a guideway and connected end to end, the modules create a transport system of virtually any length. Its built-in controls regulate speed, acceleration, direction, vehicle traffic, and pallet positioning. The QuickStick System propels and controls pallets individually by interacting with a permanent magnet array attached to each pallet. The pallet requires no power or communication cables, allowing a broader range of movement and uses. Half-meter modules are available for all product lines.
